FAMI Bursary Program
In 2011, FAMI announced a Bursary Program for participants with a strong interest in playing or learning to play acoustic instruments who cannot otherwise afford to attend our Camps or Workshops. Please see our Bursary information page for more information.

Feb 2, 2012 - 2012 Instructional Camps
Hello everyone! We are in the process of finalizing our class offerings for May and August Camps. We have begun to post some class information. We will continue to post information as it becomes available so check back.
Important Information
FAMI is using a new system of class levels this year. Please see the main "Classes" page for each camp for further information.
Since Apr 1st and 15th are Sundays, we will be pushing back the registration opening dates to Apr 2nd and 16th for May Camp and August Camp respectively.
Oct 24, 2011 - 2012 Camp Dates Announced
FAMI's camp dates for 2012 will be:
- May Instructional Camp - May 18-21
- August Instructional Camp - Aug 23-26
- Fall Jam Camp - Oct 12-14
Please note that, due to a scheduling conflict at the camp, the Fall Jam Camp will be the weekend after Thanksgiving rather than the weekend before.
March 21, 2011 - FAMI Announces New Bursary Program
FAMI is pleased to announce a bursary program to provide financial assistance to those that could not otherwise attend our camps. Click here for more information.
The Nickelodeon Music Club also promotes the development of young musicians via its Youth Music Scholarship program which sends youth to FAMI camps.
March 19, 2011 - Amplifier Policy Revised
FAMI has recently reviewed and revised its policy on instrument amplifiers. The short answer is no amplifiers will be allowed at camps. For a longer explanation, click here.
