November 12, 2009 - ANOTHER HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL YEAR!
Thanks to all who were involved in making our camps this year so
wonderful. As many of you know I will be retiring from the Board
of Directors this year and it is great to go out on such a HIGH!
The new Board will be in place soon and busy with planning the camps for
2010 ~ including some possible new ventures as well. Thanks again
to everyone for all their support during my time on the Board.

February 9, 2009 - A MESSAGE FROM THE FAMI BOARD
The FAMI Board of Directors welcomes both existing and new friends to
our website and we look forward to an exciting 2009! We encourage
you to look through the website, choose classes you are interested in,
and attend one or more camps. We would like to take this
opportunity to discuss three items that we know we will get asked about
for 2009:
1. Camp Course Philosophy: FAMI’s mandate is to provide, promote and encourage a learning environment for a community of musically oriented people. We are very pleased to present an outstanding set of classes and instructors for the May and August camps. Each camp is designed to provide .... more
2. FAMI and Families: FAMI believes that family involvement can further enrich our musical experience. We also know that camp instruction can often open the door for family members to learn new instruments or try things for the first time.
